A Licensed counsellor, a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist supervise the paraprofessionals, counsellors and interns. Each supervision group meets for two hours every two weeks.

Providing a high quality training program for the volunteers at the center is a high priority. Every year a schedule of training is provided.

Instructors and trainers are either brought to the center or our staff are sent to attend specialised trainings locally and overseas.
