Pam Guneratnam is the Director of Calvary Life Ministries. Pam holds a Masters of Science in Counselling, a B.A. in Psychology and a Diploma in Psychological Studies. She directs, supervises and oversees the operations of Calvary Life Ministries.

She is a registered counsellor with the National Board of Counsellors, an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association, a Member of the American Association of Christian Counsellors, and also a Member of Malaysia Mental Health Association.

Matured and talented people are recruited each year from Calvary Church and given an intensive nine-month training program.

The applicants are interviewed and evaluated by the trainers as well as the Center's Director to determine their suitability as counsellors.

Upon completion of the course, the lay counsellors then undergo a one year practicum period where they are again evaluated further and upon successful completion they will be allowed to provide counselling at the center.

HeART Club, HeART Club Plus and the Grief Support Group are outreach services of CLM. The volunteers do not provide counselling but provide support and encouragement to these special groups of people.
